Here’s the updated policy with the 60-day store credit window added in the most logical spot:


Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Store credit only: All approved returns are issued as store credit. We do not issue cash or card refunds. Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased at a sale or discounted price
  • Custom color orders
  • Items with visible wear, washing, or damage
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at princesesamiasales@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will review your request and provide return shipping instructions if approved.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
