How Shipping Works
Most of our dresses are made to order. This means your gown is produced after your order is placed — ensuring freshness, quality, and the exact size you need.
In-stock sizes ship within 5-7 business days.
Pre-order sizes (made to order) require 2–3 weeks production time, followed by 5-7 business days for shipping delivery. The product page will indicate whether your selected size is in stock or pre-order.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
